ED Mall does not guarantee descriptions to be completely accurate and denies all liability. Typos can happen and we apologize if there is a misrepresentation. All prices, descriptions, and pictures can change without further notice.

 

Q: How long does it take to process & ship orders?
A: All credit card orders (US and Canada) for in-stock products on any business day are normally shipped within 1-2 business days upon payment approval. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the UPS Service will be delayed one business day. All items are pre-tested prior to shipment and we are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping.We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we anticipate any type of delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by e-mail and give you the option of accepting or canceling the order of the item backordered.

Estimated Ground shipping is 3 to 10 business days, depending on location being shipped to.


Q: How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
A: You may obtain your own tracking numbers from logging in to your "My Account" page of our website. Click on "Account History" and simply click on "View" orders and you will find tracking numbers for orders placed for the last 30 days.

Q: Will you ship my order USPS?
A: No, we do not ship via the US Postal service to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico if requested in the "comment box" of the order form. We will charge a $5.00 handling fee for UPS orders. Our website will indicate the order has NOT been processed, however you will recieve a tracking number via UPS tracking information

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we will ship internationally into Canada only via UPS. This is due to international credit card & PayPal Fraud. We will ship "overseas" to the "purchaser" of the merchandise only. Be advised when shipping internationally a Duty/Brokers fee will be owed upon delivery per UPS International.

Q: What is the delivery time for orders?
A: Delivery days are determined by UPS and FedEx. Regular ground shipments take from 3 to 7 days depending on your location.

Q: What is the quantity available for a product?
A: We stock various quantities of merchandise, however we deal in fast moving merchandise, so quantities change daily. If you would like to receive periodic "product updates" via email, go to the "contact us" page and complete the appropriate information required to be added to our email listing.

Q: What will it cost to ship?
A: Once you add a product to a shopping cart, click on Calculate Shipping Cost and enter your zip code. All delivery options and cost will be displayed. Shipping cost will also be displayed on the checkout page before you are prompted for payment. Our shipping prices are calculated based on weight, distance, and speed. We ship UPS and FedEx regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. We have a $2.50 handling per order (not piece ordered).EDEMall.com. insures all packages before shipping for the full value of the order. If your order was lost or damaged a claim needs to be filed with UPS OR FedEx. For UPS orders: contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). For FedEx orders: contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. ALL Claims must be filed within 14 days or sooner.

Q: How can we pay for our order?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout. We also accept certified checks, money orders, echecks. Sorry, no personal checks or business checks are accepted. Certified checks, echecks orders will only be processed once the payment clears. We ship to Confirmed addresses only. No Exceptions. All Payments with an unconfirmed address will be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

All merchandise is guaranteed for 14 DAYS  from original date of purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please, email our returns department at sales@edemall.com to request RMA#. All returns must be received within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date. An exchange or refund will be available within 14 days of receiving merchandise. This return policy is applicable to all products. All refunds are issued only after the customer returns the product back to us. All returned products will be inspected before any exchange/refund is issued. 

How to Return Merchandise

Please contact us at info@edemall.com  for a return authorization number (RA#).

The returned item should include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, RA# & the appropriate " return shipping address".  Please allow 5- 14 days for processing.

All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, used or opened that are returned will be returned to the sender. We will not accept opened or used items. All returns must be received within 14 days from the RA# issuing date.

IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RA# or after 14 days of delivery of the order. Please do not send returns/exchanges directly to ED Mall. We will not accept them. You will be provided with a return address when requesting an RA#.

Defective Items

An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced, or returned for a full refund.

Items returned as defective/wrong model shipped that are found to not be defective/right model and non-defective items received will incur a 15% restocking fee for the returned unit. . All products that are dead upon arrival must be reported within 48 hrs after reception. No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.

Refused/ Undeliverable/Unwanted Items

All Refused / Undeliverable/Unwanted Packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 15% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.

Damaged Items

EDEMall.com accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. This also applies to defective items.


Q: How quickly do you respond to email?
A: We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 48 hours to be answered. If your email is in reference to a pending order, contact us.

Q: What about Sales Tax?
A: Our order form will apply Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the state of CA, TN, MA, IL, NY.

Q: How Do I prevent internet FRAUD?
A: If this item is meant to be shipped overseas, to Indonesia, South Africa, Singapore, and you are being paid with a Western Union Bid Pay Money Order, you are a Victim of Fraud. Contact Western Union, offer the serial number of your Money Order to them, and they will confirm if it is real or fake. If you have received payment via PayPal, you must access the details of the Paypal payment, and confirm if you are shipping to a “Confirmed” PayPal Account Holders Address. If the payment is “Unconfirmed” Do Not Proceed (see Paypal’s Seller Protection Policy). We will need the Paypal account you have received from your customer for our records in order for us to proceed. If you have received payment via a Credit Card, you must ship to the credit card account holders billing address ONLY. (This information is offered to you within the authorization number provided to you from your Merchant Credit Card Processor).

Q: Can I use my own shipper number or someone elses shipping account number for shipping?
A: No, we cannot use another accounts shipper number. You would need to contact the shipper directly, and schedule your own pickup. You may call for more details.

Q: Do you sell BRAND NEW products?
A: All products that we sell are BRAND NEW. Most of the products are shipped directly from manufacturers. All of our products are from leading distributors in USA. All of our products shipped to US and Canada are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 14 days from the date of invoice (except for non-returnable products as mentioned above). Warranty is voided without receipt or invoice.
